On January 31, 2017, the Estonian eCommerce conference, hosted by Äripäev, distributed awards for the most user-friendly online shops in Estonia in 8 categories, and an overall winner.
A whopping 159 stores were nominated, with 42 passing on to the finals after deliberation by a jury. A complete list of the winners and further information is available here in Estonian.
Our client, Selver, Estonia's most prestigious grocery store chain, won the most user-friendly grocery and consumer goods award with the following commentary from the jury:
"The online store is clear and easy to navigate. Selver's return policy is easily found, and all relevant information is present. We were satisfied that the Selver branding is so strong, that not even a logo is needed."
