Vaimo Calls for Support to Become the National Public Champion for Sweden in the European Business Awards
Vaimo will compete for the title of National Public Champion for Sweden in this year’s European Business Awards, sponsored by RSM. Vaimo has already been named one of the National Champions of Sweden and will now contend for the top position based on the public vote that opened today. European Business Awards has posted a video of Vaimo here that explains what the we do, the story behind Vaimo and the achievements and core principles of Vaimo.
The company with the most public votes will be named National Public Champion of Sweden on March 7th, 2016. The online voting is open from January 11th to February 26th, 2016. “We have 7 weeks to compete in the public vote, and we hope that people will watch our video and vote for Vaimo. The public vote is very important for us here at Vaimo, as we value our clients’ input and also want to spread public awareness about what we do and what we offer at Vaimo,” said David Holender, CEO of Vaimo.
During the second public vote, all of the National Public Champions from 32 different countries will compete against each other to become the European Public Champion. The second public vote will take place between March 7th and April 26th, 2016, and the results will be unveiled at the European Business Awards Gala in June 2016.
“Last year, the public vote generated over 170,000 votes from across the world. It is a very important part of the Awards, as it gives these entrepreneurial companies another way of showcasing their achievements. So we ask everyone wanting to support their country or business in general to take some time, watch the videos, and cast their vote,” said Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards.
Separately, an independent judging board will analyse and award points to all the video entries plus written entries and choose the top 110 Ruban d’Honneur recipients who will come face-to-face with the judges in the final round of the competition. Then the overall winner from each category will be declared simultaneously along with the European Public Champion at the Gala in June 2016.
