At Vaimo, we foresaw this scenario early and invested in building up our own expertise and development capabilities. Over a year ago, we launched our generative AI accelerator Lokte, designed to rapidly build proofs of concept and scale generative AI projects. Now in its third generation, Lokte includes advanced capabilities like RAG, agentic workflows, and MCP, backed by thousands of hours of learnings.

Our strength lies in combining deep technical skills such as data engineering, UX/UI, DevOps, and data strategy with industry expertise in ecommerce, PIM, CMS, and digital experience. Boosting sales and customer experience with a custom AI solution

Elon wanted to improve their in-store experience and upselling capabilities. As a long term partner, Vaimo was given the opportunity to develop a concept tailored to Elon’s needs. We merged the functionality of a traditional point-of-sale system with generative AI to create an interactive sales and problem-solving tool.

The solution was demoed at Elon demo days and sparked immediate interest–“Can we get this today?” was their reaction. Elon has decided to scale up the proof of concept and accelerate the go-live timeline.

Proof of concept with Lokte to enhance in-store sales

The CEO for Bauhaus Sweden and Norway tasked the organization with exploring how generative AI could deliver tangible business value. As a long-standing partner, Vaimo was entrusted with the opportunity to help explore and validate ideas.

We began with a broad approach and through collaborative workshops narrowed the focus to driving in-store sales. In order to validate the desirability and feasibility, we developed a proof of concept using our Lokte Generative AI, including advanced RAG and MCP technologies.
