With his experienced team he has been supporting and empowering leading brands such as BNP Paribas Fortis, KBC, Ahold Delhaize, Sanofi, Telenet, Proximus, Boardriders, etc. to better understand and improve the customer journey across touchpoints.

Steven has been working as a consultant in e-commerce, PIM, content management, digital transformation & data-driven marketing, and co-founded nobi.digital in 2017, which was acquired by Vaimo in Dec 2022.

Benjamin’s role as a trusted advisor enables his clients to derive the maximum value from their investment.

Benjamin was a lead consultant at Adobe for 15 years, specialised in analytics, personalization, and customer data platforms. More recently, his responsibilities included leading the EMEA Enterprise Architect & Digital Strategy team in implementing the Adobe Experience Platform.

At Vaimo, he focuses on customer data platforms, analysis, and personalization as part of the Insights & Activation team.
