Country Manager for the UK, Robin Carlsson visited his hometown Skellefteå in the north of Sweden to talk about ecommerce together with Grit Media and the northern chapter of The Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
The event highlighted the importance of ecommerce as an accelerator for a global journey and Robin talked about the benefits of scaling up the scope after initial go-live in order to start tracking customer behaviour.
The CEO of Grit Media, Ludwig Olofsson also spoke at the event, highlighting that 83 % of every ecommerce purchase starts with search on google and companies therefore need to be open and make sure sufficient information is available.
After the event Robin said: “It was great to not only get to visit my hometown but to also speak about my journey and passion about what I do”.
