Stockholm, Sweden, September 14, 2017- Vaimo, a leading global Magento solution partner and a strategic omni-channel partner for many well-known brands, today announced the acquisition of Notitium. The acquisition means that Vaimo further strengthens its PIM solution offering, to include both inRiver Product Marketing Cloud and Akeneo Community and Enterprise editions, towards the global market.

The acquisition of Notitium follows the previously communicated strategic partnership with inRiver. By broadening the PIM solutions offering and by acquiring Notitium, Vaimo is bringing in additional experience and deep know-how on PIM implementations and therefore able to offer better services to its clients globally.
