At this time last year, we never could have predicted the 2020 that was to come. At the start of this year we had every reason to believe that 2020 would be our biggest and best year ever and continued momentum would fuel our clients’ growth and prosperity. By February, we knew that everything was changing, with so much confusion around how and for how long. As we wrap up the year, still steeping in uncertainty, we can look back at 2020 with a more gracious point of view; one of patience, forgiveness and true gratitude that our industry and our clients are still thriving and have been part of the solution as commerce has shifted. We can look back on the things that we learned and the small, quiet details that we noticed for the first time and appreciate all of the good knowing that our team made it through this wild year together.
