The dashboards deliver 25+ additional reports on top of the 75 that come with Essentials out-of-the-box. 

The new B2B dashboards include:

  • Companies: This dashboard allows companies to evaluate customers based on customer lifetime value, the time since their last order, and their credit balance due.
  • Quotes: Keep an eye on quoted business performance with reports that convey conversion rates, average discounts, and median negotiation time.
  • Sales Representatives: Evaluate sales team performance with the help of metrics that include quote to order rates, median time to close, and unfulfilled quotes.
  • Catalogs: Track product revenue, products ordered, and your bestsellers by catalog.
